On Friday the Hurricane Tigers hosted the Desert Hills Thunder in their final match up of the season. The Tigers were once again shooting well from anywhere on the court. They hit eight 3-pointers, 18 field goals total, and went 17-24 from the foul line. The third quarter was huge for Hurricane as they outscored the Thunder 24-4. The Tigers had a dominating win over the Thunder, with the final score being 77-53. Zach Sorenson scored 15 points to lead Hurricane with Ryan Smith adding 10. Nick Anderson, after having a great game against Canyon View on Wednesday score 9 points to lead Desert Hills. Hurricane will play their final game of the regular season on Tuesday against the Cedar Redmen.
