The Hurricane Tigers played their last pre-season game on Jan. 2 against the Delta Rabbits. Hurricane gets the win 53-43. The Tigers were up by as much as 17 points until Delta changed to a trap defense which caused a couple of Hurricane turnovers. Delta was only able to get with in 10. Gordie Dotson led the Tigers with 16 points and Zach Sorenson had 13. Hurricane knocked down nine 3-pointers, including four by Dotson. Hurricane struggled from the free throw line, hitting just six of fifteen on the night. Hurricane concludes their preseason record with a 6-3 mark.
